DentalXChange Attachment Service Upgrade Makes Sending Claims Attachments Even Easier

We have some very exciting enhancements to share!DentalXChange Attachment Service has received some upgrades, making for a much quicker workflow for your office.

1. Now when you are on the list of claims needing attachments and you click on the “Attachment(s) Needed” Status or the Paperclip action item, you are no longer taken to the Claim Preview page – instead you are taken directly to the Claim Attachments page for that claim allowing you to immediately start creating your attachment.

2. The Claim Attachments page has been enhanced to have a grid of all the procedure codes, tooth numbers, quadrants, dates, and attachment requirements so that the user can tell what attachments are needed for this claim. A link to “View Attachment Rules” has also been added to the bottom of this page.

3. After the attachment is created, a link to submit the claim directly from the Claim Attachment page has been added to eliminate the need to go to the Claim Preview page and then scroll to the bottom to submit the claim.

4. After the claim is submitted, the user now has a button for “Next Claim” which will take the user directly to the improved Claim Attachments page of the next claim needing an attachment.
